❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The app screen is black and does not capture anything.
Loga's Apple Logスチルキャプチャ relies on high-end hardware streams built into specific iPhone Pro series devices (iPhone 15 Pro / 15 Pro Max and newer). On incompatible devices or the iOS simulator, the viewfinder remains black. Please verify that your device supports native Apple Log recording.
Saved TIFF images are consuming a massive amount of storage.
TIFF files preserve 10-bit/16-bit uncompressed high-fidelity sensor information with zero compression artifacts, which consumes approximately 20MB+ per frame. If you want to conserve storage, go to the App's local settings and turn off "Save Original TIFF", using "Save LUT Graded JPEG" only.
What format does Custom LUT support?
Loga supports industry-standard `.cube` 3D LUT files (recommended grid sizes 16 to 64). You can import unlimited custom LUTs directly from your Files app.
Why does the App request Camera and Photo Library permissions?
Camera access is required to capture the high-end Apple Log stream. Photo Library access is required to save the captured JPEGs/TIFFs safely to your native Camera Roll and retrieve your latest thumbnail. Loga operates completely offline and never transmits any data to external servers, so your privacy is 100% secure.
