Loga (referred to as "the App", "we", "us", or "our") deeply respects the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

1. No Collection or Transmission of Personal Data

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or images to any external servers or third parties.

Loga operates entirely offline as a local utility camera. Your captured images, imported custom 3D LUT files, and configuration settings are processed and stored strictly within your local device. We have no access to your photos or any personal information.

2. Device Permissions Utilized

To provide the App's core features, we request access to specific device capabilities. All data accessed remains local to your device and is never shared:

• Camera Access (NSCameraUsageDescription)
  Used exclusively to capture the Apple Log sensor stream, render real-time previews, and shoot still photographs.
• Photo Library Access (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription & NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription)
  Used exclusively to save captured images (LUT-applied JPEGs and uncompressed TIFF originals) to your device's native photo library, and to display your latest shot as a preview thumbnail.

3. No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising

The App does not integrate any third-party behavioral tracking libraries (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Flurry) or advertising SDKs. No background data transmissions or tracking activities occur when using the App.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in hardware support, OS specifications, or legal guidelines. Any material changes will be communicated through App Store descriptions or our website.
